  2. Click "Add to Cart" and proceed to checkout.

  3. Fill in your shipping details and choose a payment method.

  4. Confirm your order — and that’s it!


3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment options:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Bank Transfer

  • EasyPaisa / JazzCash

4. Do you offer nationwide delivery?

Yes! We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan.


5. How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery usually takes:

  • 3–5 working days for major cities

  • 5–7 working days for remote areas

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.


6. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email. You can use it to track your package on our courier partner's website.


7. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.


8. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes, we offer a 7-day return or exchange policy for eligible items. Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.

Please note: Some items (like hygiene products) may not be eligible for return.
